Terms: Can only be cancelled freely within 24 hours of booking. After this, the purchase is binding; no changes, cancellations, or refunds are possible.
Insurance: In case of illness or unforeseen events, we refer you to your private travel insurance for potential coverage.
Upgrade: It is not possible to upgrade from BASIS to FLEX after booking.
